Blew $40 on a parking app that kept crashing at the garage entrance

Sat in line for 15 minutes while the app froze. Had to back out and pay cash anyway. Has anyone else had an app fail at the worst possible moment?

Honestly, screenshot the crash and demand a refund through the app store.

Tried that once. Apple store took two weeks. Painful.
