Wasted $150 on a logo redesign from Fiverr and got a clip art nightmare

I run a small auto shop and thought I'd spiff up my image with a fresh logo. Paid a guy $150 on Fiverr, waited two weeks, and got back a stock car vector with letters slapped on top. The steering wheel was on the wrong side and the font looked like comic sans. How do you even politely ask for a refund on something that bad without starting a fight?

Oh man that is brutal lmao. Honestly I bet the guy just googled "car logo vector" and slapped your business name on it in five minutes. For $150 you'd think you'd at least get a custom drawing not a clip art disaster with the wheel on the wrong side. If I were you I'd message him straight up and say "Hey this logo looks like clip art not custom work. The steering wheel is on the wrong side and the font isn't professional. Can I get a refund?" Fiverr has buyer protection for stuff like this if you open a dispute quick. Don't let him guilt you into a revision either he'll just send back the same thing with a different font. You paid for a service and got something you could have made in Canva for free basically.

Haha yeah for real, I bet he just threw that together in ten seconds and called it a day. Canva would've done a better job and cost you zero bucks.
