Vent: Almost lost a client because my logo had a hidden smiley face in the negative space
I was working on a logo for a local coffee shop in Austin, and after three days of tweaking, I noticed the space between the letters made a tiny smiley face. Nobody caught it until the owner's kid pointed it out during a print review. I spent an afternoon using the pathfinder tool to close off those gaps, and it fixed the whole thing. Has anyone else had a random shape sneak into your design like that?

That "accidentally designed" part really got me. I left a cup ring on my desk that I ended up tracing into a flower pattern, now it's my signature move for every project I start there.
