Watched a barber in Kansas City cut hair with no mirror in front of him, got me thinking about my client onboarding
Stopped in for a trim while visiting a client in KC and the guy never once checked his own work in the mirror, just trusted his hands and kept talking to me the whole time. Meanwhile I'm over here triple checking every onboarding doc because I don't trust my own process. How much of your client intake do you actually run on autopilot versus double checking?
