Was totally skeptical about outsourcing bookkeeping but after 6 months with a local firm in Denver my tax prep went from a nightmare to a 3 hour call

I fought it for a year thinking no one would track client retainers as carefully as me, but seeing their P&L reports match my bank statements month after month finally made me cave, has anyone else found a service that actually gets agency-specific billing right?

$400 a month for someone to handle all that retainer billing nonsense? That's practically stealing from the firm at that price, I'd pay double just to never look at another client invoice spreadsheet again.
