Turned down a $7,500 retainer in March to keep my 2 person crew, and I still think about it

Back in March a marketing agency in Columbus offered me a $7,500 a month retainer to run all their social work, but it meant dropping my 2 other accounts and hiring someone fast. I passed on it and kept my smaller accounts, and honestly some weeks I wonder if I made the wrong call. Has anyone here walked away from a big retainer and felt good about it later?
