That $3k CRM I signed up for turned into a nightmare
Paid $3,000 upfront for a fancy agency CRM that was supposed to automate all our client follow-ups. Two months in and it kept double-sending invoices and missing task deadlines. Has anyone else had a tool like that sink their workflow instead of saving it?

Double sending invoices? That's a disaster waiting to happen. One wrong email and you're chasing down clients who think they're being double charged, or worse, paying twice and getting confused. Two months is a brutal window to figure that out after dropping three grand.

Honestly, I see it a bit differently. A double send can actually be a good safety net if your system has a clear audit trail showing when each invoice went out. Two months might feel long, but for larger amounts like three grand, most clients would notice a duplicate charge within a week or two at worst.
