Talked to an agency owner in Austin who changed my mind about flat pricing
I was dead set on hourly billing until I saw this guy's books at a meetup last week - his flat rate model made him $40k more in 6 months. Has anyone else had luck switching away from hourly, or is this just a niche thing for certain clients?

My accountant talked me out of flat pricing until I tried it on one client last year.
