Client ghosted after I delivered a full site build last Thursday
I spent 40 hours on a complete WordPress site for a local restaurant in Austin, and they stopped answering my emails right after I sent the final link. The deposit only covered a third of my time so I'm out quite a bit of cash now. How do you guys handle upfront payments for custom builds to avoid this mess?
