Just realized my cat thinks my morning sun salutations are an invitation
Tried to flow through a quiet vinyasa, and now I'm in a three-legged downward dog with a purring kitten wrapped around my ankle. Not the balance challenge I had in mind, you know?

Yeah it's like pets have this radar for when you're trying to do something focused... my dog always takes my work calls as his cue to start barking at squirrels.

The 'RADAR for focused times' idea doesn't ring true for my cat. She acts up ALL the time, but I only get annoyed when I'm trying to work. So it's probably more about how we see it than their timing.

Listen, I'm totally stunned your cat acts up all the time. That doesn't sound normal at all. My cat has her moments, but she's mostly chill. For a pet to be that active non-stop, it must drive you up the wall. You might be onto something with how we see it, but I still wonder if there's a trigger you're missing. The idea of no timing just seems off to me.
