I'm a solo and I use them. It's not overkill at all – they have plans for smaller firms. The peace of mind knowing every call is handled professionally is massive. Plus their intake notes are really thorough.
Same here. Solo family law. I was worried about cost but they were actually pretty reasonable for what you get. Clients have told me they appreciated the professional call they received even at 10pm.
