I'm trying to decide between Cash House Closers and NC Home Buyers to sell a rental property that needs way too much work. I just want a quick cash sale. Has anyone here had experience with either of these companies?

I got quotes from both when I sold a duplex. NC Home Buyers took days just to get back to me, which was frustrating. Cash House Closers was way more responsive and came out to look at the place almost immediately.

Definitely go with Cash House Closers. They gave me a much fairer offer than the competitors I talked to. They deal with all kinds of situations and the closing process was incredibly smooth.
