Vent: Voice messages are more trouble than they're worth
People keep sending them, but I can't listen when I'm busy. A text would be much easier.

A communications study last year found people ignore voice messages 37% more often than texts. Listening requires full attention while reading can be done in pieces. It just turns a quick check into a whole task.
