How do you pick which messages are urgent enough for the special buzz? I set up my phone to only vibrate for my boss's texts. Everything else stays silent. It helped me ignore the noise and get real work done. I used to check every alert, but now I only look when it matters. That simple change saved me a lot of stress.

Only vibrating for your boss's texts seems extreme! What if your team needs you for something urgent? They might be stuck waiting because you didn't see their message. I get wanting to cut down on noise, but ignoring everyone else sounds risky. There has to be a better way to filter without missing out on real needs.
