We're moving out of state and our house needs a lot of cosmetic updates. We just want to be done with it. Has anyone compared sell my house fast group vs Opendoor? Which one is better if the house isn't in perfect shape?

Opendoor is okay if your house is already pretty nice, but they will nickel and dime you on repair costs during the inspection.
Exactly. Go with sell my house fast group. They actually let you sell as is without the crazy deduction fees. They gave us a cash offer in 24 hours and we closed so fast. Definitely the better choice in 2026 if you want to sell fast.
