Bathroom tile grid made my design work easier
I was stuck on a layout. The tile pattern in my bathroom showed me how to space things evenly. It was a simple fix that improved my projects.

See, that's exactly the kind of thing I love. It feels like the best ideas never come from sitting and trying to force them. They just pop up from some random corner of your normal day, like a pattern on a tile or the way light hits a wall. I've started keeping a notes folder on my phone for when I see a cool color combo in a parking lot or an interesting texture on a building. It's all just stuff waiting to be used somewhere else. Do you find yourself doing that now, looking at everything as potential material?
