Showerthought: I heard a customer tell her friend our bouquets 'feel like a hug'
She was picking up a sympathy arrangement and said the colors and textures just felt warm and comforting, not just pretty. It really hit me that our work is about emotion, not just botany. How do you all try to build that feeling into a design?

Man, that's it exactly. It's like how a good meal isn't just fuel, it's the feeling you get eating it. We're all trying to make stuff that hits people right in the feels, not just the eyes.

A good meal isn't just fuel" - man, that's exactly it. It's soul food, not just decoration.
