Found a weird trick for keeping hydrangeas from wilting overnight
Had a big wedding order last Saturday in Charlotte and my blue hydrangeas were drooping by 3pm. On a whim, I dunked the whole flower heads in a sink of cool water for about 15 minutes before arranging them. They perked right up and stayed perfect through the next day's event. Has anyone else tried this soak method with other flowers?

Okay, that's it, I'm giving my sad grocery store tulips a bath. They've been looking at me with that pathetic droop all week, judging my life choices. I just filled a mixing bowl like it's a tiny flower jacuzzi. If this works, I'm going to feel like a plant genius who wasted years with just the vase.
