My uncle told me to put $50 a week into a high yield savings account instead of my regular one.

I did it for a year and ended up with over $100 more than I would have... he was totally right. What's the best high yield account you guys have found lately?

My credit union just started offering 4.5% on their premium savings. It's wild how much easier it is to save when the money isn't just sitting there doing nothing. What rate did you end up getting?

That 4.5% is a solid find. Did you have to jump through a lot of hoops for that premium account, like keeping a huge minimum balance or making a certain number of debit card purchases each month? Some of those high rates come with annoying rules.
