Visiting a market in Bangkok gave me bold pattern inspo
I'm drawn to the mix of colors and shapes. How do I use them without making clothes look too busy?

Try using one bold print as a pillow to start.

Yeah, @nancy_carr has a point. Starting with one bold pillow keeps things from getting too busy. I threw a geometric print on my gray sofa and it changed the whole room. Then you can add a smaller pattern, like stripes, on another chair. But how do you stop yourself from buying five more once you see how it looks? Just make sure the colors tie back to something else in the space, like the rug or a wall art.
