That stubborn milia on a client's cheek took me three appointments to clear

I had a client come in with a single, deep milia spot right on the cheekbone. I figured it would be a quick extraction, maybe 10 minutes. The first try, my usual tools just would not get it to surface, no matter how much I steamed. The second visit, I tried a different method with a lancet, but it was still too deep and I didn't want to force it. Finally, on the third appointment last week, after a longer enzyme mask to really soften things up, it finally came out clean. It was a tiny little pearl, but man, it fought hard. What's your go-to method for those really stubborn, deep-set milia that just won't budge?

Three appointments for one milia... that's some serious dedication. I would have been sweating bullets by the second try, worrying I was just making it angrier. Glad you finally got that little pearl out clean.

Nah, I get where @spencerr82 is coming from, but sometimes you gotta stick with it. That third try is the charm when you know it's right there.

Honestly, my third try at anything usually means I've already messed up twice.
