Question about a new way to prep for extractions I saw at a trade show

I was at the Midwest Skin Care Expo in Chicago last month and watched a presenter do a full 10 minute facial massage with a cold jade roller before starting any extractions. She said it really calms inflammation and makes the skin more pliable, so you get less redness and better results. Has anyone else tried adding a longer massage step like that before working on congested areas?

Cold rollers just remind me of rolling out pizza dough.

Rolling out pizza dough" - that's the part that stuck with me too. So when you say cold rollers remind you of pizza dough, are you saying they feel just as pointless and messy? Because I've used cold rollers before and yeah, they can be a pain to get even pressure, but at least pizza dough you can just toss in the air and fix it. With cold rollers, you're stuck with whatever lumpy shape you create and you can't really save it once it's halfway rolled. Is that the connection you're making, or is it more about the whole slippery, floppy feeling that drives you crazy?

Wait, you actually roll out your own pizza dough? That's the part that got me. Who has the time for that?
