My strict schedule for client extractions changed after a workshop

Seeing how less frequent sessions improved skin repair made me adjust my approach.

Honestly, @sethh12's plant thing hits home. It's like we're all out here drowning our roots in different ways. I remember a client who came in after using every acid under the sun, and her skin was just screaming for a break. Less is more sometimes, but we're trained to think constant action fixes everything. When did we start believing that more pain equals more gain?

Last winter, a friend messed up her skin with too many acid treatments. We stopped all that and just used a simple cream for a few weeks, and her skin got way better. That whole thing made me see how pulling back can really help.

Man, that reminds me of when I used to over-water my plants trying to fix them. Turns out I was drowning the roots. Sometimes pulling way back is the actual fix, you know? Like, how often do we make things worse by trying too hard to make them better?
