I used to think those LED light masks were just a gimmick for influencers
A client gave me her old one last year and I tried it on my own skin for a month, just to see. My stubborn chin acne cleared up way faster than with my usual routine. I'm still not sold on all the anti-aging claims, but for inflammation? It works. Anyone have a brand they actually trust for these things?

Wait, but what if it's just covering up the real problem? I mean @uma_rodriguez, I'm glad it helped you, but for a lot of people it's a band-aid fix. That chin acne is usually tied to hormones or gut stuff, right? So you zap it from the outside but the inside cause is still there doing its thing. Idk, maybe it's just me but I've seen friends get it done and the acne comes back in a few months. Feels like you're just fighting the same battle over and over without getting to the root of it.

Yeah, that's the thing, right? You can clear up the surface stuff but if your hormones are out of whack it's just gonna keep coming back. Feels like a waste of money if you don't fix the inside problem too.
