I stopped offering free consultations and my bookings went up
Everyone in my area was doing free 15 minute skin checks to get clients in the door. I switched to a $25 fee that goes toward their first service if they book. In the first month, my serious bookings jumped by about 30%. It filters out the people just looking for a free diagnosis. Has anyone else tried charging a small fee and seen a change in client quality?
