Picked WAGO connectors over wire nuts for a 30-outlet new build in Denver
I went with WAGOs on a 30-outlet new build last month and the speed difference was NUTS, has anyone else switched and found it cut their trim-out time in half?

Honestly, yeah, I did almost the exact same thing on a 40-outlet job last fall and I swear it cut my time by more than half. Tbh I was skeptical at first because old timers love their wire nuts, but once I got into a rhythm with WAGOs I never looked back. Ngl, the reliability factor is huge too since you don't have to worry about a nut coming loose or not getting the twist right. It's just pull, strip, push, done. Probably saved me a full day of work on that whole trim-out.

Man, same here - once you get that rhythm down, there's really no going back to wire nuts.

and what really got me about the WAGOs too is when you're working in a tight box, like behind a stove or something, you don't have to worry about a wire nut falling off while you're trying to get everything shoved back in. I had this one job in a basement where the previous guy had used wire nuts and I found three of them just sitting at the bottom of the box, totally loose. @grant.kevin mentioned the reliability thing and that's the part that makes me sleep better at night honestly. Plus the WAGOs make troubleshooting way easier because you can pop a wire out and test it without having to retwist everything.
