Hit 500 service calls this month and that caught me off guard

I counted up my tickets for October and realized I did 500 service calls. That's about 25 a day solo. Has anyone else hit a milestone like that and wondered if you're working too fast or just getting too many calls?

Did you ever notice how everything in life is kind of like that - once you hit a certain number or milestone, it just becomes the new normal? @webb.xena has a point about quality vs. quantity, but sometimes I wonder if we're all just getting used to a pace that's honestly kind of insane.

25 a day is rookie numbers in some shops. You're not working too fast, you're just keeping pace with the demand. If your customers are happy and your work holds up, who cares about the count? The real question is whether you're cutting corners to hit that number or actually doing quality work.
