That one trick for drywall mud that nobody tells you about
I kept getting bubbles in my joint compound no matter how careful I mixed it. Turns out you need to let it sit for a full 5 minutes after mixing before you start using it. I noticed it at a workshop at the Home Depot off 170 Street and it fixed my whole bathroom drywall job.

Oh man, that's such a good tip! It's funny how the smallest thing makes the biggest difference. I've noticed that patience is like the secret ingredient in almost everything, not just drywall mud. Like letting bread dough rest, or waiting for paint to fully dry before the next coat. People get in a hurry and then wonder why stuff goes wrong. It's like the universe is telling us to slow down and let things settle. That five minute wait probably saves you an hour of sanding later.
