Saw something odd at the Habitat ReStore on Calgary Trail last weekend
They had about 20 identical white vanities lined up, all with the same small chip on the left drawer. Any idea if a local supplier over-ordered or if a whole subdivision got the same model?

Yeah, builder return is probably the right call. I've seen this exact thing before when a developer goes with the same cheap vanity for every unit in a new complex. They probably ordered a pallet of them to save on cost, then had one left over after the final walkthroughs. The small chip on the drawer is exactly the kind of thing that would get rejected during a home inspection, but it's not bad enough for the builder to send back. So they just dump the overstock at ReStore for a tax write-off. Bet there's a whole subdivision out there with the exact same vanity in every bathroom.
