I used to think those corner crimpers for metal studs were a gimmick.

My boss on a Reno job made me use one for a whole ceiling grid, and it cut my install time by about a third with way less cursing. What's a tool you were wrong about at first?

Nah, I'm still not sold on them. They feel flimsy and only work in perfect conditions. I'll stick with my snips and a hammer.

Honestly depends on the brand, some are solid. My pair handles way more than just perfect cuts.
