Warning: That $80 "waterproof" radio I bought for the dredge boat? Yeah, not so much.
I saw this little boom box on sale at a local shop in Baton Rouge and figured it would be perfect for the noise out on the water. First two days it worked fine, playing my old country playlist while I ran the cutterhead. On day three, a wave splashed over the side and soaked the thing. It died right there, wouldn't even turn on. Has anyone else had bad luck with these supposedly marine-grade gadgets?
