Just realized how much I learned from erasing mistakes on vellum.

Everyone loves undo buttons now, but doesn't fixing errors by hand make you more careful? I think it built better habits for precision.

Absolutely agree. Working with ink on paper taught me to slow down and plan each move.

Right? That careful feeling is totally different from typing on a screen. Makes you think in a whole other way.

Oh man, that's so true. My buddy tried writing his wedding vows by hand last month. He said, @iris_park, it forced him to pick every single word with care. He went through two whole pages just to get one paragraph right. The pressure of the pen made it feel way more real.
