My thick paint on trim always dripped until I tried lighter layers

I used to slap on one heavy coat of paint to finish trim faster. It left drips and took days to dry fully. After a messy project, I read about using two light coats instead. Now the paint goes on smooth, dries quick, and looks way better.

No more drips with light coats, it's MAGIC!

Light coats need time to dry between layers to really prevent drips.

Is it really that big of a deal? @emma_nelson18, calling it magic seems like a stretch. Light coats help, but they're not perfect. You still need to let them dry properly, like gavin_burns49 said. Otherwise, drips can happen no matter what.
