Caulk failure on my bathtub after 3 months

Used the expensive silicone stuff too. It's peeling off in strips now. Any recommendations for a brand that actually sticks to porcelain?

Ugh that's so frustrating! I had the same thing happen with a $20 tube of "premium" silicone caulk. It looked perfect for a few weeks then started peeling right off the porcelain like bad tape. I ended up using GE Silicone II for kitchens and baths and it's held up way better so far - been about 8 months now. The trick that finally worked for me was roughing up the porcelain surface with some fine sandpaper first and making sure it was bone dry before applying. Hope you get it sorted, nothing worse than redoing a job you already paid good money for.

Different surfaces need different prep, sanding can actually ruin the glaze on some porcelain.
