Visited a gallery exhibit at the local art museum last weekend

I noticed every single digital print was framed with non-glare glass and different mat sizes, which made me realize how much presentation matters for digital art, has anyone else found a specific framing trick that makes their pieces look more professional?

honestly i think people get way too hung up on this framing stuff with digital art. like yeah non-glare glass is nice and all but at the end of the day the art is still just pixels on a screen that got printed out, you know? i've seen amazing digital pieces taped to a wall with nothing but blue painter's tape and they still looked great because the art itself was strong. all this fuss about mat sizes and special glass feels like trying to dress up a fast food burger with fancy lettuce (it's still a fast food burger). if the piece is good, it'll speak for itself without needing a fancy frame to prop it up. let's be real, most people in a gallery are looking at the work not the frame around it.

trying to dress up a fast food burger with fancy lettuce (it's still a fast food burger)" is a WILD take on a digital print with non-glare glass, haha. I can't believe you just compared a carefully framed art piece to a burger.
