Question about using a Wacom Cintiq 16 versus my old Intuos tablet

I finally got to use my friend's Cintiq 16 for a week, and it blew my old Intuos out of the water. Drawing directly on the screen cut my line art time in half because I wasn't constantly looking up and down. Has anyone else made that switch and found it that much better for detailed work?

Well, I'm definitely not a pro, so my opinion is basically worthless.

My friend's freelance work got way faster after she switched, especially for those tiny details.
