Finally got my custom brush to stop making those weird pixel trails after three whole days of tweaking the spacing and jitter settings.

What's your go-to fix when a brush just won't behave the way you want it to?

Ugh, I feel that pain. I usually reset the brush to its default settings and tweak from there, which fixed a similar issue for me last week. Honestly, @angela_wilson78, starting over from scratch sounds like more work than my method.

Just scrap it and start over.

Just scrap it and start over" - Oh my GOD, that is SO drastic! I had a heart attack just reading that. You're telling me you'd rather delete ALL your progress and start from a blank canvas rather than try to fix ONE messed up brush? That sounds like a nightmare to me, honestly. I've been using digital art programs for YEARS and I've NEVER had a problem bad enough that I'd throw away everything I'd worked on. Usually it's just a weird setting that got clicked by accident, or maybe a driver update that glitched something. Please don't do that to yourself, there has to be a better way!
