Can we talk about the $90 Wacom stylus I bought and how it died in 3 months?

I spent $90 on a replacement stylus for my tablet back in January, and the tip started wobbling by March. The local repair guy said the internal sensor was shot. Has anyone else had luck with third party styluses for drawing?

You tried sticking with the same brand? I've had way better luck with third party pen knockoffs.

Those third party ones have been hit or miss for me. What specific brand did you land on that actually lasted more than a month without leaking? I tried a no-name one from Amazon and it was a bust, ink everywhere within a week. The only halfway decent one I found was the Offbrand Pro but the tip got scratchy after like ten pages. Have you noticed any of them holding up to the original's build quality or are we just accepting cheaper materials for the price break?
