PSA: Stop using cheap coolant in your 6.7 Powerstroke
I keep seeing guys at my shop with a 6.7 that's got a blown head gasket and they've been running that green autozone stuff. Last month a dude brought in a 2015 with 120k miles on it and the water pump was already full of crud. The way I know is I pulled the thermostat and found orange goo stuck everywhere. You gotta use the Motorcraft gold or whatever the manual says or your cooling system will clog up in like 30k miles. Has anyone else seen this wreck their truck or am I the only one?

Same here, the orange sludge showed up in mine after cheap coolant.
