Stuck on choosing hallway colors for my dad's fading vision.
Bright trims could help him navigate, but they might feel overwhelming. Thoughts?

I read an article that said super bright trim can mess with depth perception for some people. Could make the hallways look warped instead of easier to navigate. Maybe a softer contrast would be safer.

Honestly the real issue is if your house was built by someone who failed geometry. No amount of paint fixes walls that aren't square, and I've seen a few. Maybe just call the whole thing a funhouse and charge admission.

Ever think about just painting the door frames? I did that at my dad's place and it worked pretty well without being too much.
