Got told my button colors were too close together

I was testing a new checkout flow with a friend who has color blindness. They pointed out that my 'Continue' and 'Cancel' buttons were almost the same shade of green. I had just picked colors that looked good to me on my screen. Took me about 20 minutes to redo them with different shapes and a blue for Continue, red for Cancel. Has anyone else had trouble telling action buttons apart after a redesign?

Ha! True, @schmidt.blake. Shapes save everyone, not just colorblind folks.

Contrast is important even for people with normal vision, you just don't realize it until someone points it out. Good move adding shapes too, that's a double layer of safety nobody usually thinks about.
