Saw a huge layout improvement after swapping font sizes on a dashboard project
About 3 months ago I was working on a customer dashboard in Figma. The numbers looked cramped and the labels were getting cut off. I bumped up the body text from 12px to 14px and dropped the headings from 24px to 20px. That one change made the whole thing breathe better. Took me about an hour to redo it. Has anyone else seen a big difference just from tweaking font sizing?

Wait, dropping the headings actually helped that much? I always figured bigger was better for titles but you're saying less contrast worked better. Might have to try that myself.

Oh definitely, it's one of those things where less really is more (took me way too long to learn that). Once you shrink them down and drop the bold, the whole page feels cleaner and your eyes actually know where to go first.
