Took me 7 years to figure out my monitor was too high and causing neck pain
I kept getting these headaches at the end of every day. Thought it was just eye strain or staring too long. Then my girlfriend snapped a pic of me working and showed me how I was basically looking up at my screens like I was watching a movie. Lowered them by 3 inches last week and the difference is crazy. Has anyone else dealt with something simple like this that you just missed for way too long?

Wait, were you tilting your head way back to see the whole screen? I had something similar but it was my chair height that was off for like five years. I was sitting way too low and kept leaning forward because my arms couldn't reach the desk comfortably. Ended up with this weird burning pain between my shoulder blades that I just blamed on getting old. Then one day I swapped chairs with my buddy at the shop just to test something and suddenly my posture fixed itself. It's wild how we just accept being uncomfortable because we don't think to question the setup.

Swapped my keyboard tray for one that actually fits under my desk, and it fixed my wrist pain in like 3 days. I couldn't believe I put up with that ache for over a year lol.
