That ergonomic chair consultant really opened my eyes at the office last month

I was talking to this guy who works for a seating company and he pointed out my desk height was off by like 3 inches, causing me to hunch even with a good chair. He said most people's setups are actually backwards and our arms should be above the desk surface. Has anyone else measured their desk height and found it's way off from what you thought?

3 inches? That's wild. I measured mine once and it was off by almost 4, I couldn't believe how much it messed up my shoulders.
