My monitor arm broke after 2 years and I found a quick fix with a zip tie
The gas spring on my monitor arm gave out last Tuesday while I was working, so I used a heavy duty zip tie to hold the screen at eye level and it's been working fine for a week now, has anyone else tried a cheap hack like this before replacing their gear?
