Yeah, that "cable management box" promise is such a scam. They always show it neatly holding like three power strips and a mountain of cords, but in reality it's just a plastic tub with a lid that nothing actually fits into. You're better off just getting some cheap velcro straps and calling it a day.

Right? Mine just became a sad, tangled graveyard for old chargers.

The IKEA Signum cable management rack actually worked for me after I gave up on those boxes. I mounted it under my desk and it holds all my power strips and cords without the lid problem. Velcro straps plus that rack finally stopped the tangled mess in my setup.
