the_piper said "sore back" and that hit home for me. I had mine at the wrong height for like 6 months and my neck was killing me. It's so easy to just not think about it if you set it up once and forget. I only realized when my girlfriend pointed out my monitor was basically at ceiling level. Honestly it took me another week to actually fix it after that haha. You're not alone in this one for sure.
