Finally got my monitor arm adjusted right after 3 years of neck pain
Last week I tilted my screen down half an inch and suddenly my shoulders stopped hurting during 10 hour floor plan sessions. Has anyone else had a tiny adjustment fix a long term problem like that?

3 years of neck pain is just bad posture, not a monitor arm problem.

@morgan.cameron nah had same thing til I got a cheap arm. Posture barely changed but the pain stopped.
