Can we talk about monitor placement and neck pain?

I had my screens lined up straight for months (thought it looked neat, you know?). Then I started getting bad neck aches from all the twisting. Angling them slightly towards me made a world of difference.

Actually found the opposite works better for me. Keeping them straight forces you to move your whole torso, which feels more natural. Just angling the screens made my posture worse in the long run.

Huh, that's interesting... I actually get a sore neck if I don't angle my screens slightly toward me. Forcing a full torso twist for every little glance feels way too rigid and uncomfortable after a while. Guess it just shows how different everyone's setup needs to be.

Moving your whole torso sounds exhausting for basic computer work! That would make my neck and shoulders so stiff by lunchtime. Can't imagine doing that all day.
