Aw man, 4 days? That's barely enough time to form a habit, let alone decide it's a total loss. I mean, you were probably still figuring out where the coffee cups are in your Airbnb. Seems a bit dramatic to call it a "blow up" when you just... stopped doing it. That's just called Tuesday, not some catastrophic failure. Maybe the real issue is Seattle drizzle making you lose motivation, not the concept of mornings without screens.

Right, it's funny how we treat stopping something as this huge personal failure instead of just a normal part of trying new stuff. Most people I know have started and stopped a dozen different morning routines or hobbies, and it's really just part of figuring out what works for you long term. Honestly, the biggest difference is just picking it back up when you feel like it, not beating yourself up over the break.
